The Pines Espresso Company is named after my favorite place in the world, my adoptive grandparents’ property called “The Pines”, located in the Oregon, Southern Willamette Valley. It’s where some of my sweetest memories were made. It’s the kind of place that feels calming, grounding, and full of love. That’s exactly what we want our business to feel like.

The dream started when I was in fifth grade. Every morning on the drive to school, my dad and I would talk all about me someday owning a coffee business. What started as childhood dreaming, slowly turned into planning, and now over a decade later, I’m the owner of the very thing I used to imagine.

I’m not only a business owner and barista; I’m a wife, a mama of two, and follower of Jesus; all are roles that shape who I am and everything I do. The Pines was built on faith, family, and the belief that small moments shared over good coffee can mean something lasting.

We’re here to serve more than drinks, we’re here to create a space that feels warm, intentional, uplifting, and help you make memories that are truly unforgettable.
